Standard lifting door

Lifting industrial door is especially suitable for the buildings with narrow side walls. When the height of the lintel is less than the height of the door, the door could be the high lifting door too. The top of the door will parallel with the ceiling.

Special design, strong and durable

Each door panel is connected to its adjoining panel by the side hinge roller carriers and intermediate hinges at approximate 1000mm centers. to make sure the hinge must be installed tightly, there is reinforcement for the hinges installation (thickness: 0.8mm) inside the panel . Panels with this design are more durable than others that just have the steel fold design at the hinges install area.

Insulated door panels are constructed from galvanized steel sheets bonded together with CFC free polyurethane foam with integral thermal breaks to provide a U value of 0.40 w/㎡C.

The combined effect of the panel insulation properties together with the effect of the thermal bridges to panel joints results in an overall U value of 0.60w/㎡C-Section Overhead Door

One pair of photo beam protector will installed at both sides of the door, which will emit an invisible beam of light across the opening area ,if the bean is interrupted by anything ,the protector will make the door stop to closing and reverse back to its opening position.
